Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us!

If you are not in love with your purchase for any reason, we gladly offer a merchandise exchange or store credit within 21 days of your online purchase.

Store credits never expire and can be used in-store or over the phone! Items must still have tags attached and be unworn and unwashed. Edie Boutique reserves the right to refuse an exchange based on the condition of the item(s). 

Items can be sent back through mail or brought to any of our locations (Elmhurst, Geneva, Lake Geneva, Libertyville, Milwaukee, Park Ridge, Valparaiso) with your online receipt. Edie Boutique is not responsible for packages being lost or stolen in transit. 

  • To initiate an exchange online, please contact our customer service team at shopedieboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
  • Once your exchange request is confirmed, you will be provided with instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping and Exchange Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We do not provide return labels. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for and cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. 

After your item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you at no additional cost.

Edie Boutique does not offer refunds under any circumstance for returns, only merchandise exchanges or store credits.
